Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our time here! Positive: We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Chicago! The hosts were very nice and communication was excellent. The location is fantastic, with delicious coffee shops nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our time here! Negative: The apartment has a charming atmosphere, but I found that there were a bit too many unnecessary items around. This made it challenging to keep everything clean, and I didn’t see the added value in some decor, like the small sheepskin on the floor, which tends to collect dust and is hard to clean. I personally prefer a more minimalist approach for easier upkeep. Additionally, I had to wash some cutlery and plates again before using them.

Perfect for urban getaway Positive: Right in the heart of Roscoe Village, this 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable for our family. Lots of restaurants and adequate free street parking nearby. If you enjoy jogging, there’s a paved river trail a short distance to the west and kayak rentals as well. Overall, this was a great stay!

Chicago is the city of neighborhoods! Positive: Roscoe Village was a great area, coffee shops and great breakfast joints. Hosts were responsive and easy to deal with. Simple check in and out. Negative: A wee bit noisy at night from the bar across the street but there was a white noise machine which helped a lot.

I had a lovely visit to Chicago and found Mindy and Scott’s place comfortable and convenient! Positive: Charming and eclectically decorated in a nice family friendly neighborhood, it was ideally located for me to visit my son who’s been staying in the area. Clear, simple directions from the host.
